Building Construction

Building construction students have the opportunity to learn all about the construction industry. Students will learn about various techniques to be a successful builder. The students receive classroom knowledge and is enhanced by hands on learning in the shop. Some of the topics covered are: estimating costs, roofing, flooring, residential wiring, blueprint reading and a plethora of other topics. Students need to understand basic ruler reading and basic mathematics to be successful in this course.
